What I Bring to Your Weddings.
Tarot Lounge
A cozy corner or wandering-reader experience where guest receive a quick reading during cocktail hour or the reception. It works beautifully as ambient entertainment that keeps guests off their phones and meaningfully engaged between formalities.
Couple’s Spell Jars + Spell Jar Favors
A custom‑cast couple’s jar is designed around your couple’s story, with coordinating favor jars that carry the same blessing to every guest.
Available as a full set or as favors‑only, each favor jar includes a card with a QR code linking to a love letter from the couple to their guests.
These jars can also be cast in various sizes as memorable gifts for the wedding party, with elements tailored to reflect each individual.
Spell Jar Bar Experience
An interactive party favor station where guests build their own tiny spell jars with my guidance. Our “bar menu” includes mixes for love, luck, abundance — or the couples own special blend. It’s sustainable, tactile, photo-worthy, and gives guests a keepsake they actually talk about later.
You get to do what you do best for your couple; I handle the magic, guest experience, and all the woo-logistics.
I send you clear pricing, photos, and plug-and-play wording you can drop right into your professional proposals and timelines.
As a former event planner, I work respectfully with the venues — a quiet footprint, self-contained, no messy cleanup, and respectful of your venue’s policies.

How We Work Together
Packages & Pricing
Tarot Experience - from $550
2 hours of tarot readings (typically 20-25 readings), with a curated setup that feels intimate but accessible. additional hours from $250/hr.
Spell Jar Bar - from $750
2 hours of interactive spell jar-creation, including set-up, tear-down, 2 staff, and 50 jars/guests. Additional hours from $300/hr and 25 jars/guest.
Couples Spell Jar + Favors - from $250
A custom-cast spell jar (from $250) designed around your couple’s story, with coordinating spell-jar favors starting at $6-10/jar. Favors come with a QR code leading guests to a love letter from the couple.

From the moment The Wedding Witch smoke-cleanses the jars to the final blessing-kissed seal, each petite but potent jar is custom-cast with Alex and Taylor's loved ones in mind. The botanicals, crystals, and elements within were chosen for their unique synergy—tailored to weave love into every life they touch. As long as the jar remains sealed, the spell stays cast!
To work with your Love Spell Jar
Carry it as a talisman, keep it in sight on your bedside table, desk, or windowsill, or sleep with it under your pillow. If it feels "stale" or dusty, warm it between your palms to reawaken the magic.

I’m Rachelle, the witch behind Hearthwitchery—a small woodsy studio based on Vashon Island and working throughout the Seattle area.
With a Masters in interfaith rituals and experience as an event manager, my background blends years of spiritual practice with very real‑world experience: crafting ceremonies, running events, working with venues, and juggling the same constraints you do—load‑in windows, floor plans, catering paths, power access, and cleanup. I’m comfortable being a quiet, self‑contained vendor who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and protects your relationship with the venue and your clients.
Because I work primarily with events, everything I offer is designed planner‑first: clear starting rates, defined guest capacities, and offerings that slot neatly into cocktail hour, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bachelorette weekends, or “forgotten” moments like the waiting time while the wedding party is getting ready. My spell‑jar experiences use guest‑friendly language and sustainable, tactile materials; my tarot readings are grounded, compassionate, and tailored to a wide range of beliefs.
